This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for GradeCalc Pro subscriptions (Target CGPA PRO, Aggregate Pro, and Both PRO Tools bundle).
Our GPA Calculator and Percentage-to-Grade Converter are completely free and require no payment. Our 24-hour free demo of PRO tools also requires no payment. As no money is charged for these, no refund applies.
If you are not satisfied with your PRO subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Renewal charges are not eligible for refund once processed, unless the renewal was a result of a billing error on our part. We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us directly at the email below. Cancelling stops future billing; you will retain access to PRO tools until the end of your current paid period.
To request a refund within the eligible window, email us at gradecalcpro@gmail.com with your payment receipt or the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to decline a refund request in cases of suspected abuse, including repeated subscribe-refund cycles intended to access PRO tools for free.
